When purchasing product online, you are responsible to pay the amount agreed to at checkout in a timely manner and are legally bound by the site’s shipping policy and return policy.

Any and all claims against Porter’s Online based on this agreement will be resolved according to the state laws of Idaho. Claims against Porter’s Online must be made within one (1) year of the alleged incident.
